The Chief Executive Officer of 3Capital Chartered Accountants and Legal Auditors & Financial and Tax Advisory, with over 17 years of experience in auditing and financial, administrative, and strategic management. His experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for large groups and as Financial Manager in major holding and large-scale companies. He has extensive expertise across industrial, commercial, contracting, services, and investment sectors. He is a Registered Auditor for joint-stock companies in the Arab Republic of Egypt, holds the Certified Management Accountant (CMA-US) designation from the United States, a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and certifications in Digital Transformation implementation and Oracle system implementation in large corporations.
